USA STUDENT INFORMATION STORAGE CENTER DISCLAIMER
This Disclaimer is formulated by the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA STUDENT INFORMATION STORAGE CENTER (hereinafter referred to as "the Institution") to clarify the service scope and disclaimer clauses of the Institution. Any relevant party (hereinafter referred to as "the User") who uses the degree certificate authentication and storage services of the Institution shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and agreed to all contents of this Disclaimer.
1. Definition of Service Scope
1.1 The Institution only provides users with degree certificate authentication services and storage services. Among them, the authentication service only verifies and confirms the surface authenticity, format standardization and information integrity of the certificate in accordance with the original degree certificate and relevant supporting materials provided by the user, and in accordance with the Institution's current effective authentication standards and procedures. It does not involve the evaluation or guarantee of in-depth contents such as the academic background, academic level and personal ability represented by the certificate.
1.2 The storage service only refers to the Institution establishing electronic and paper files for the authenticated degree certificates, and taking reasonable technical measures and management standards for preservation to ensure the safety and accessibility of the files during the storage period. It does not include other services such as editing, modifying, interpreting or reusing the file contents.
2. Disclaimer Clauses
2.1 If the original degree certificate or supporting materials provided by the user are false, forged, altered, etc., resulting in incorrect authentication results, the Institution shall not bear any responsibility, and has the right to revoke the issued authentication conclusion and delete the relevant stored files.
2.2 The Institution has adopted safety protection measures in line with industry standards to ensure the safety of stored files. However, if the files are damaged, lost or leaked due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, public health emergencies, etc.), computer virus infection, network attacks, third-party service failures or other factors beyond the control of the Institution, the Institution shall not bear liability for compensation, but shall notify the user in a timely manner within its capacity and provide necessary assistance.
2.3 The authentication results and storage services of the Institution are only used as one of the reference bases required by the user. Any decision made by a third party based on the authentication results or stored files of the Institution (such as employment, further study, qualification review, etc.) shall be the responsibility of the third party and the user. The Institution shall not be liable for the consequences of such decisions.
2.4 Except for the authentication and storage services clearly agreed in this Disclaimer, the Institution does not provide any other express or implied service commitments. The Institution shall not be liable for losses incurred by the user due to other needs.
3. Other Instructions
3.1 This Disclaimer shall take effect on the date when the user submits the degree certificate authentication application for the first time, and shall have legal binding force on both the Institution and the user.
3.2 The Institution has the right to revise this Disclaimer in accordance with changes in laws and regulations or business adjustments. The revised Disclaimer shall be announced through the official channels of the Institution, and shall apply to new service applications and existing service relationships after the announcement.
3.3 If the user has any objection to this Disclaimer, he/she shall negotiate with the Institution before submitting the service application. If no agreement can be reached, do not use the services of the Institution.
